Barbecue Beef Tips
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic, whole
1/2 pound beef stew meat, chopped into small cubes
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1.) Preheat oven to 325o F.
2.) In a pan, heat the olive oil and garlic over low heat. Add the beef and cook until browned and crunchy.
3.) Remove from the pan, discard the garlic and pat the cubes dry with a paper towel.
4.) Toss the cubes with the barbecue sauce and sprinkle the cubes onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until dry and firm to the touch.
4.) Place the crumbles into a plastic bag lined with paper towel. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
