Corn and Cheddar Egg Casserole
Ingredients:
2 organic eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons frozen corn niblets, thawed and squeezed dry
2 tablespoons natural cheddar cheese, grated
4 tablespoons organic chicken broth, cold
1.) Use a fork to beat the eggs in a glass measuring cup. Add the corn and grated cheese. Pour the mixture into a buttered microwave dish and cover with a piece of waxed paper.
2.) Cook it for 2 minutes at medium heat. Turn the dish and cook for another minute.
3.) Add the eggs to your dog's bowl. Break the eggs apart and add the chicken broth to cool it down.
