Dried Cinnamon Apples
Ingredients:2 Granny Smith apples
1 tablespoon orange juice
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1.) Preheat oven to 350o F.
2.) Peel, core and slice the apples into thin slices. Toss the slices with the orange juice.
3.) Spread the apple slices on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon.
4.) Bake for 20 minutes or until the apples are dry and leathery. Turn the oven off and leave in for another 10 minutes.
5.) Allow the slices to cool completely, before storing in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to one week.
